If interpreter services are needed, please check the box on the intake form.  If you don't have insurance, please call the office to have the staff schedule your appointment.

Concierge house calls are offered for medical and IV Hydration services (a flat fee of $50 dollars will be added to the service(s), fee may be higher depending on the distance).
